Patent holders of non-invasive, real-time, breath analysis technology for field-based, quantitative assessment of hydrogen cyanide (HCN) & carbon monoxide (CO) intoxication. HCN and CO are commonly found in fire smoke victims, primarily children and the elderly. Smoke inhalation is the 5th leading unintentional cause of death in the U.S. First Responders will rely on this technology in the field in combination with existing cyanide antidotes.
