ONSCENE Inc. was founded by Joseph Markham in 2015 and incorporated in 2015. Operating out of Kingsville, Ontario, Canada, ONSCENE Inc. was designed and built to offer volunteer fire departments and its’ members an efficient way to communicate with each other. Utilizing the latest capabilities of smart phones and tablets (Android & iOS), our goal is to provide a tool that can be utilized for department and scene management.
