We are currently living in an age of technology disruption affecting every aspect of society. With the impact of different technologies coming together, powered by AI and Machine Learning, we are now able to leverage on the availability of technologies to connect the dots across data sources, and transforming them into real-time data-driven intelligence for emergency responders. In a digitally connected world, a vast amount of knowledge is readily available, yet when emergency responders put their lives on the line to protect the community, they often go in with limited information. Emergency responders have always made decisions based on instinct and they operate with limited situational awareness and fragmented information. OpsCentral’s vision is to enable, empower and support emergency responders in their journey. Enabling firefighters The OpsCentral platform uses intelligence to knowledge mine and surface previously under-utilised data to emergency responders, by providing readily ingestible real-time data from a wide range of sources and sensor networks to increase mobility. Empowering firefighters By combining data-driven intelligence with AI fuelled analysis of historical incident, including tactics employed, the platform intelligently identifies new patterns and relationship in the data and present it into actionable situational awareness insights to aid firefighters in the field. Supporting firefighters By connecting the dots between data sources, insights are generated to augment the intelligence and experience of incident commanders by supporting them in making critical decisions in every step of the way before, during and after an incident. The opportunities in the disruptive world are endless, at OpsCentral we pride ourselves in understanding and helping firefighters to increase efficiency, enhancing communication and above all, prevention and improvement in both emergency responders and public’s safety. We are an entirely New Zealand based team with a network of industry specialists in Australia, Canada, The United Kingdom and The United States.

Description

Enabling firefighters
The OpsCentral platform uses intelligence to knowledge mine and surface previously under-utilised data to emergency responders, by providing readily ingestible real-time data from a wide range of sources and sensor networks to increase mobility.

Empowering firefighters
By combining data-driven intelligence with AI fuelled analysis of historical incident, including tactics employed, the platform intelligently identifies new patterns and relationship in the data and present it into actionable situational awareness insights to aid firefighters in the field.

Supporting firefighters
By connecting the dots between data sources, insights are generated to augment the intelligence and experience of incident commanders by supporting them in making critical decisions in every step of the way before, during and after an incident.
