Survivor Stories
Disaster survivors from across the country, share their stories to communicate the urgency and importance of being prepared. The videos focus on survivor stories, first responders, and public officials who deal with disasters like hurricanes, tornados and wildfires. They emphasize the following key messages:
1. Natural disasters are just that – natural – and inevitable;
2. Natural disasters affect everyone – they can and do happen to anyone;
3. Preparation for natural disasters is vital; and
4. Every individual and family needs to do their part to prepare.
