Description
The 4th Annual Defence Safety Conference will return to London this October as the only event of its kind focused on enhancing safety across all aspects of defence.
Supported by the UK MOD Defence Safety Authority for the fourth year in a row, this meeting is unparallel in its ability to bring together senior safety practitioners from across global defence to discuss how to save lives and protect capability.
KEY REASONS TO ATTEND:
- The only event specifically focused on defence safety and supported by senior leaders across international armed forces
- Supported by C-Level industry executives
- Key briefings from duty holders, regulators and operators from Land, Air and Maritime domains
- Over 280 attendees, from 18 nations in 2020 – more expected this year!
For 2021, the principle focus areas will be; Simplifying Safety, the certification and safety assurance of autonomous vehicles and cyber security. Last year we began looking at how Simplifying Safety would lead to better adoption and execution of safety across core Defence assets, this year we will extend that to look at how new platforms and systems could benefit from leaner but equally comprehensive safety strategies. The rise of robotic and autonomous systems in the land environment requires new training and certification processes.
Active military personnel and government employees will be granted FREE ADMISSION to the event. However, to attend this event PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED on the event website, which is subject to final approval by the conference organiser.
Who Attends
Over 280 attendees, from 18 nations in 2020 – more expected this year!
As the only event dedicated to defense safety, this conference is the global meeting point for the military community.
