The SMILE Conference is the world’s premier source for training for police in the use of social media for community outreach, event management, crisis communications and investigations with social media.
The 18th SMILEcon is now THREE conferences spanning six days. The iSMILE is Investigators’ SMILEcon and will feature three whole days of investigative content. iSMILE is in its second year.
This is the first year for coSMILE which will feature non-social media content on Sunday for community outreach officers. Participants can elect to attend Sunday and Monday or Sunday along with the entire SMILE Conference.
