Overview

Media Share is a stand-alone digital evidence management application that is independent of the data source (fixed camera, body worn camera, drones, smart phones, OSINT, device extractions, forensic work product, etc.) and data type (video, audio, images, documents, web sites, IoT data, binaries, etc.).

It provides deployment flexibility, including on-premises, off-premises, hybrid, small form factor, and air-gapped networks; complex pipeline processing to mix-and-match AI/ML sources for best-of-breed data enrichment; and unique ease-of-use features that combine to reduce the time-to-evidence (e.g., find the needle in the haystack faster) for both the occasional and regular end-user.

The application can be deployed in a variety of network environments including on-premises, off-premises, air-gapped/reverse proxy, and small form-factor compute.

Secure and Accountable

Compliance with:
CJIS, CALEA, NIST 800-53, TLS 1.2/3, FIPS 140-2/3

Support for any cryptographic hash, including SHA-256

Support for complex retention rules.

Chain-of-custody and usage reporting.

Any Enrichment Type

Support for multiple types of metadata, including from the content source; human-supplied notes and tags; and ML/AI and non-ML based enrichment.

Support for simple to complex analytics pipeline processing.

Manage Storage Costs

The application can move data and metadata between different storage offerings to address cost and security requirements.

No Content Silos

No business or technology limitations that would inhibit the exporting or sharing of data with colleagues or 3rd parties. No proprietary formats. No egress or export charges.

The application supports multiple methods for viewing data including a graph view of the connections between items.

Any Data Type

Support for any standard Internet data type, proprietary or non-viewable data types.

GIS/Map Support

The application has a native map service and can integrate with existing GIS system such as those ArcGIS.

CAD/RMS Integration

Can integrate with other systems such as RMS, CAD, and Active Directory.

Support for workflows that automate processes such as governance, enrichment, and reporting.
