To support federal operators who find themselves in cellular-denied environments, Somewear adapted their best-in-class satellite hotspot for tactical use. Maintaining its compact form factor and 4oz weight, Somewear’s federal version seamlessly integrates into any kit providing secure data transfer with 100% global coverage.

TAKE ATAK OFF-GRID

While government users often leverage Somewear’s commercial mobile and web applications, Somewear has additionally integrated with the Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK). With Somewear’s ATAK plug-in, operators can utilize the features of ATAK through low-bandwidth satellite connectivity maintaining situational awareness in the most austere environments.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

At its core, Somewear provides a critical line to safety in the event of an emergency. With Somewear’s federal solution, leadership can choose to re-route SOS alerts to the proper tactical response team.
