The Northern Star device was created by Eau Claire, WI Fire Captain, Jeff Dykes. Captain Dykes set a course to make his brothers and sisters in the fire service safer by providing the first ever directional guidance system. Every feature was designed from a firefighter’s perspective. The Nothern Star provides an additional level of personal protection otherwise unavailable.
