• Training
  Our system is trained by providing it an image depicting a surface of the product. This can be done either with an image of the product or a print file.We utilize a great amount of data augmentation to build a robust representation of the product to our neural network. This means the source image is altered in various ways (eg. rotated, slightly buckled, and scratched) while still keeping it within acceptable limits of what our system will deem as authentic. The system will also generate its own counterfeits using the same augmentation methods.Once all this data is generated, the system is trained to validate the product. Due to our clever system architecture, this process will take no longer than one minute. Once this is done, your product is ready to be validated.

• Scanning
  Scanning a product for analysis is swift. We have built a simple mobile app for this purpose.To scan a package, the user simply takes pictures through our guided user experience. We utilize augmented reality markers to guide the user through the process. Our automated capture will handle the rest.Once the images have been collected, they will be sent to the TrueMed® system. Once the data has been analyzed, the user will receive results.

• Analysis
  The validation system is operated through an API that delegates images for analysis to a vacant artificial intelligence server. This ensures super-fast response times.Once an artificial intelligence server receives the images, it will run analysis using our patented validation system. Imagine a magnifying glass going over the entire image. As the system detects differences, it will highlight these regions and this will increase the scan’s negative score. If this score is below the thresholds, the system will consider the product authentic.We have developed a fully manageable score threshold system for adjusting to print tolerances when necessary.The threshold is managed through the admin panel. This allows you to define your own standards for what you consider authentic.
