Investment Overview

We offer three core services to our clients, helping them find permanent or interim talent, as well as supporting their decisions with assessment or helping new talent integrate with coaching through the first 100 days.

Search

Search is our core business. We have worked hard to develop incredibly strong relationships with a broad range of clients from FTSE 100 businesses to privately owned organisations across a diverse range of industries and geographies. As with all of our services, our genuine human approach is what sets us apart. Our clients consider us as an extension of their internal functions, a powerful ally dedicated to helping them build world-class leadership teams. Our consultants are handpicked not only for their unrivalled expertise and ambition, but for their belief in the importance of building human connections and going above and beyond to deliver for our client. A rigorous search process and a market-leading research function underpin our meticulous methodology. With at least one Partner working ‘hands on’ throughout each assignment, we commit significant resources to our searches, staying personally committed, working at pace and staying engaged until we have secured a successful outcome. Although we’re based in the heart of London, we are a global business, with an international network. We know the right person might not be in the same industry or continent, and regularly source and relocate talent internationally.

Interim

Redgrave Interim has built long-standing relationships with a range of clients from private equity backed organisations to FTSE 100 listed plcs, based on our ability to always deliver talent that can add value during an interim assignment. We operate across a number of key functions, with a particular focus on Finance, Human Resources, Transformation, and Technology & Digital and work hard to maintain ongoing relationships with our interim executives so we really understand their strengths and capabilities when placing them. As we have an integrated Interim and Search offering, we are able to present our clients with the opportunity to source a first class interim, whilst running a retained search methodology. Our in-house research team, personal commitment to every assignment and flexible platform means we have an established network and ability to deliver a pace unmatched elsewhere in the industry.

Assessment

Research has found that only one in five executives hired externally are viewed as high performers at the end of their first year, and nearly half fail to deliver their objectives within the first 18 months. This is typically due to misaligned leadership behaviours and the way that they operate rather than a lack of knowledge or ability. At Redgrave, our chartered business psychologists mitigate this risk through a range of executive assessment services that provide insights to candidates’ potential and their leadership behaviour. Our leading approach means we take a comprehensive view to candidate assessment, providing clients with objective information to enable them to make their critical hiring decisions with confidence. We use the science of psychometric tests and investigative behavioural interviewing techniques to give an accurate assessment of suitability for the role and the business, and explore the impact they may have on their organisations and teams. We also support new executives to accelerate their integration into a new organisation; laying the groundwork for success through onboarding and coaching over the first 100 days. We focus on enhancing individual and team effectiveness, building expertise, and shaping the organisation’s culture. We will give you confidence in your decisions around bringing in new talent and help you get the very best out of your leadership team.
