Cloud 9 delivers award winning telehealth strategies and secure software for community healthcare providers, schools and government agencies. The strength of our unique telehealth platform is that we are built for mobility, easy communications, data gathering and data sharing to drive analytics and facilitate collaborative care. Ours is the first telehealth solution designed specifically for integrated care collaboration. Our clinical workflows connect mental healthcare, to primary care, substance use recovery, peer support, friends and family and social services to better serve individuals’ complex needs with wrap-around services. This shared data and communication approach allows multidisciplinary teams to assist individuals impacted by complex conditions to receive timely and coordinated care. Cloud 9 is also the first collaborative telehealth product that connects first responder police and EMS to remote mental health clinicians, allowing them to jointly treat patients experiencing a mental health crisis out in the community, diverting away from jails and medical emergency departments. This workflow provides rapid access to crisis intervention services for consumers served in the community by first responders. The Cloud 911 workflow acts as a workforce multiplier, allowing a limited number of mental health crisis team members to serve more consumers via our virtual co-response model, as oppose d to a need for each mental health clinician to travel to the scene of the crisis.
