We went onboard with CRIMEWATCH in June of 2018 and were the first department in Northampton County. The project went smooth from the initial sales introduction through the implementation process and continues to this day to be a very cost effective tool for our department to push information out to our media stakeholders, residents and social media platforms from a central location. The anonymous tip submission page has been successful in solving crimes not only for our department but for posts that were made to assist our neighboring departments as well. The CRIMEWATCH television set up in our Township Administration lobby has received nothing but positive comments from visitors. CRIMEWATCH is very user friendly and if there is a question or problem we always receive a prompt response with a solution to support or assistance questions. I would recommend CRIMEWATCH to any size police department!
