Details
Simplify the client application process with a centralized document repository
Kiip only requires documents to be uploaded once and then they are stored in a secure, centralized location. Once a client or anyone they have designated to assist them (care givers, social workers, family members) have collected their critical documents and uploaded them, they can quickly and efficiently apply to the services that matter without having to start the process anew each time.
Spend less time with documents and more on what matters
Kiip recognizes that documentation is a necessary part of placing clients in the services that will benefit them most. Our aim is to minimize the time spent with document administration and maximize the time spent helping people.
Increase the impact on social determinants of health (SDOH)
Kiip aims to simplify the application process and democratizing document storage, Kiip aims to increase the awareness of and participation in benefits programs and services. Not every qualified potential participant is aware of the programs that are available to them, nor how to access them. Better engagement with these services will ultimately lead to a healthier society.
Store critical documents safely and securely at no cost
Individuals can store their documents on Kiip for no cost. Our solution is cloud-based which means they can be accessed from anywhere.
Remove friction and pain from applying to critical services
Documentation is both the key and the bottleneck to unlocking access to services. In an ideal world, everyone would have a physical place to store and manage all their critical documents. In reality, documents get lost, the renewal process is lengthy, and application time is elongated. By consolidating all documents in one place, Kiip enables a faster application time and the ability to use the same core document set to apply to multiple services
Delegate access helps support networks ensure client success
For some, scanning, uploading, and sharing documents is a daunting task. It can become a barrier to accessing services. Sometimes we all need a helping hand. Kiip allows individuals to designate helpers (contributors) to have access to their account. Contributors can upload, annotate, and share documents in the event that an individual is unable to do so themselves,
