Details

Official City Response

OSS is the officially sanctioned response to traffic accidents. Our Agents are strategically deployed throughout a city and are dispatched via the City's 911 system. As the official first responder, OSS Agents work in coordination with EMS (when needed). OSS Agents perform a full and thorough scene investigation, manage traffic at the scene, and submit data and findings to local law enforcement for completion of the official crash report.

Claims Assistance

OSS agents a follow a 100+ point scripted program to collect detailed, on-scene crash investigative information. This data is available to qualified parties within a few hours of the OSS response. All parties can now obtain a complete FNOL data package in record time.

Follow-Up

After responding to a crash, OSS agents submit validated reports to local law enforcement for review. Law Enforcement Officials can then proceed to report crash data and issue any required citations.
