When people call 911, they may be calling you on their worst day. Once a CAD Event gets generated in your CAD system, the platform begins sending templated text messages to your callers, keeping them informed and satisfied.

TIMELINE

  • ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CALLERS
    Once a CAD Event is generated in your CAD, the platform can automatically send an SMS to the caller, acknowledging the call and providing them with additional information and resources.
  • INFORM YOUR CALLERS OF DELAYS
    If a CAD Event is holding in your CAD for an extended period of time, the platform can automatically send an SMS to the caller, informing them and apologizing for the delay.
  • CLOSE THE LOOP WITH YOUR CALLERS
    Once a CAD Event is cleared, the platform can automatically send an SMS to the caller, asking them for feedback on their interaction.
