Overview

A Better Way to Document and Submit Field Training Records

When you equip your Field Training Officers (FTOs) with the mobile Vector Evaluations+ app, you make it easier for them to record and document in-field officer training as well as improve skill proficiency. As an essential component of your training program, FTO observations and assessments are better documented to help identify where improvements are needed along with a better record of an officer’s proficiency and fit for duty. FTO reports are recorded in Vector’s integrated Learning Management System (LMS) for an end-to-end training and documentation program along with every point throughout an officer’s career.
